Partita

Commissioned in 2018, Partita is a multi-movement work for solo piano, conceived as a recital work to be played in its entirety, and performed without extended technique. The work draws on a number of traditional musical, poetic, and dance forms, which are interspersed across the piece in addition to movements which are entirely through-composed.
